Fees for Home inspections vary according to the size and type of home:
Basic Fee (up to 1500 square feet): $375.00
1500 to 2000 square feet: $400.00
2000 to 2500 square feet: $425.00
2500 square feet and up: Call for quote
*Travel charges may apply depending on location.
Thermal Imaging Services
Thermal Imaging is used at all inspections on an as needed basis when suspected issues are noted.
Complete Thermal scans can be added to your Home Inspection for and additional $100 to $200 depending on the size of the house.
As a stand alone service, Thermal Imaging fees vary depending on the extent and nature of the inspection/investigation. Fees start at $200. Call for a more specific quote.
Home Consultation Services
Consultation fees vary depending on extent and nature of the inspections/investigation.
